Each class is a unique journey, carefully crafted to guide you into connection with yourself. I believe in the power of yoga as a tool for inner exploration, inviting you to leave the chatter of the mind behind and dive into the sanctuary of your body where emotions and energies are released and space is created. Here, yoga is more than a physical practice - it is a path to self-discovery and liberation. Embracing inclusivity, I celebrate the uniqueness of each student and encourage them to honor their own path and find what feels right for them. Free from rigidity, my teachings are an invitation to explore, grow and find your own truth on and off the mat. And as we flow, the carefully curated playlists serve as our soundtrack, amplifying the journey of mind, body, and soul.

Qualifications & areas of expertise:

  • Nursing Degree
  • Postgraduate degree in midwifery
  • 400 hours Vinyasa Yoga
  • 50 hours of prenatal yoga
  • 1000 hours of practical experience
