"During my pregnancy, I felt that my stamina had decreased. Thanks to the squats, the pelvic floor exercises and all the other exercises I did with my personal trainer, I felt much more comfortable during my pregnancy. I am convinced that my delivery would have been very different if I had not done all these exercises. I am very grateful and can only recommend them to all expectant mothers!"
