Our professional trainers speak English, German, Spanish, Portuguese and Chinese.

What happens if I chose a package with 2 sessions per week and I am on vacation and cannot attend those sessions?

In this case, you can make up the missing sessions before or after your vacation.

What are the opening hours?

Hours depend on the availability of your instructor. Appointments are made individually with each client. We are usually open between 7am and 9pm.

By when do I have to cancel or change an appointment?

Appointments can be canceled or changed up to 24 hours in advance.
